This bedroom, which also serves as a young toddler’s space, was designed to work with what was already in place. Rather than starting from scratch, we embraced the existing furniture and colour scheme, making practical updates to create a more child-appropriate and inviting space.
Sometimes, a little ‘zhuzhing up’ is all that’s needed to make a room feel fresh and functional—proof that you don’t have to replace everything to achieve a beautifully designed space. We introduced a subtle light blue scheme through accessories, as well as hard and soft furnishings, to bring a sense of cohesion and calm.
Gray’s love of animals is subtly woven throughout the room, extending seamlessly into his adjoining playroom. By intentionally creating a visual flow between the two spaces, we carried his animal theme throughout, making the transition between rooms feel natural and connected.
