A big transformation was needed for this shared bedroom, designed for two growing boys.
The previous layout wasn’t making the most of the space. Two single beds, limited storage and little room left for anything else meant the bedroom felt visually busy, with very little breathing space for the boys to simply enjoy being in there together.
By rethinking the layout, we were able to give them that space back. A full-height bespoke bunk bed became the key feature, incorporating built-in drawers, hidden storage and individual reading lights — freeing up valuable floor space without compromising on storage. With a more considered layout, we could then make room for the things the boys actually love: drumming, reading, playing games and spending time together.
Every inch was considered to create a bedroom that feels calmer, works harder and gives the boys a space that feels truly their own — designed for how they live now, with plenty of room to grow.
