We begin with an on site consultation to understand your space, your vision, and the children who will be using it. Whilst here, we take room measurements, photographs, and gather a detailed design brief to ensure every element feels thoughtfully tailored to your family.
At this stage, we move into the technical design, developing the most practical and well-resolved floor plans as well as detailed drawings and 3D visuals. These drawings can then be communicated to joiners and contractors allowing the design to be refined and delivered seamlessly on site.
During this stage is where your brief begins to come to life visually. We develop an initial design direction that sets the tone for the rest of the project, think colour palettes, material schemes and key visual ideas.. At this point, we also advise on the right contractors and specialists for your project, carefully coordinating the team needed to bring everything together seamlessly.
With the previous stages in place, we move into refining the design in more detail. This is where we carefully curate and finalise fabrics, materials, furniture, accessories, and lighting, ensuring every element works together to stay true to the design direction and feels cohesive within the wider home.

Once everything is approved, we take care of the procurement stage for you, managing all ordering and overseeing deliveries to site. We handle lead times and keep everything on track and within your budget, ensuring the process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Stage SIX
The fun part — install day! We bring everything together on site and style the room for you. This may be a one-day transformation with our handyman or a longer on-site period overseeing bespoke joinery and installations. Sit back and see their room brought to life!

This service is perfect for clients looking for a complete, turnkey room transformation. From bespoke built playrooms to thoughtfully designed bedrooms, we take care of every detail from concept through to final installation, so you don’t have to worry about where to start, pulling it all together, or finding trusted contractors. We’re happy for you to be as involved in the design process as you wish, and we also encourage children to be part of some of the design decisions along the way!
These projects take anywhere between 3-6+ months from start to completion. If you are hoping for a quicker turn around then our E-Design option may be a better option for you.
We always begin with a friendly phone consultation to understand your project and guide you towards the most suitable design service for you. Whether that be our full design package or something a little less hands on.
Our design fees for a small room starts from £3500.
